Astăzi, 19 august, la sediul Primăriei Piatra-Neamț, primarul municipiului – Dragoș Chitic, împreună cu directorul ADR Nord-Est – Vasile Asandei, au semnat încă două contracte de finanțare pentru proiecte europene care vor fi implementate în perioada următoare. Finanțarea celor două proiecte este asigurată de Uniunea Europeană în cadrul POR 2014 – 2020 în proporție de 98%, contribuția municipalității pietrene fiind de doar 2 %.
Primul proiect constă în realizarea unei grădini publice urbane în cartierul Dărmănești, pe strada Valea Albă nr. 37, în valoare de 699.084 euro.
Cel de-al doilea proiect al cărui contract de finanțare a fost semnat astăzi constă în extinderea și modernizarea sistemului de iluminat public în municipul Piatra-Neamț pe B-dul Decebal, Piața Mihail Kogălniceanu, B-dul Traian, strada Fermelor, precum și în cartierul Pietricica, în valoare de 1.054.480 euro.
Primăria Piatra-Neamț a depus pentru finanțare europeană, în cadrul actualului exercițiu financiar al Uniunii Europene, un număr de 32 de proiecte care însumează peste 92 milioane de euro.
